How Billing Works at Bamlytics

```
At Bamlytics, we operate with full transparency and simplicity. Our independent billing model allows us to work directly with clients, without the unnecessary complexity of third-party platforms. Here’s a full breakdown of how our billing process works:
Payment Structure
All projects operate on a pay-on-delivery model unless otherwise agreed. For larger or more complex engagements, milestone payment schedules may be proposed. Clients will always have full visibility into deliverable scope and payment expectations before work begins.
Contracts & NDA Protections
Every engagement is secured via a simple service agreement to ensure expectations are clear for both parties. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request to protect confidential or proprietary client information.
Invoice & Payment Processing
Invoices are issued directly from Bamlytics via our internal billing system. Payments are processed securely using industry-standard payment processors (currently Stripe). Each invoice includes a full description of deliverables for your records.
Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Bamlytics offers a fair mutual termination structure. If work is not completed or deliverables are not provided, clients are not charged. If partial work is delivered, fair partial billing may apply depending on work completed at that stage.
Customer Support
For any billing questions or concerns, clients may contact our support team at contact@bamlytics.com. We pride ourselves on responsive, founder-direct service.
Tax Documentation
Bamlytics operates as a registered business entity. Clients will receive professional invoices suitable for bookkeeping and tax filing. 1099-K forms are handled by our payment processor as required by law.
Platform Independence
Unlike many marketplace platforms, Bamlytics offers direct engagement with no platform fees, no third-party intermediaries, and full ownership of your deliverables upon project completion and payment.
